Q. Which version to GoTo Meeting video conferencing is included?

A. GoTo Connect / Jive phone service includes the GoTo Meeting online video conferencing “Business” plan. This plan includes hosting up to 250 meeting participants, one-click screen sharing, personal meeting rooms, and up to 25 HD video feeds.

Q. Our company has multiple locations – can we connect them using GoTo Connect/Jive?

A. Absolutely. It’s easy to connect all of your locations with GoTo Connect / Jive. This is a popular attribute of Jive and is included, along with all other features.

Q. Can our employees work from the road and from home using GoTo Connect / Jive?

A. Yes, GoTo Connect / Jive makes it easy to receive and make calls from your business phone number on the road and at home. Simply download the GoTo Connect app to your smartphone. Your business calls can ring on your smartphone, you can access your phone directory, make calls, receive and send texts on your business phone number, video conference, and chat. You can even use your web browser to make calls, just download the Click to Connect app within Google Chrome.

A. Yes. Your PBX in the cloud will continue to handle calls 24/7/365. Calls will ring on mobile devices for those team members who download the GoTo Connect app. If call forwarding is set up, calls will be forwarded.
